We already have an agency, can we still work together?
Yes! Your agency should still conduct business as usual. We operate using separate ad accounts, and all of our ads and content are promoted through non-brand handles. Marketing agencies love Character because we can bring new audiences into their funnel.
If we run ads from a separate account, will it hurt the performance of our main account(s)?
No, quite the opposite! We use different voices and touch on different value props from your main advertising channels, bringing in new audiences that can be retargeted from your main accounts. There will not be any attribution overlap either because we use the same pixel as your as your primary ad account.
What if performance is bad?
We are confident in our abilities, so our agreements are month-to-month after the initial ramping period. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we make it simple to make a shift.
How will you avoid using up our team’s bandwidth?
We develop all content, manage relationships with all creative partners, and run all of the media internally. We forgo regularly scheduled meetings that waste time, instead using a shared Slack channel for communications and for setting meetings on an as-needed basis.
Will we have full visibility into what you’re running?
Yes! Your team will own the ad account(s) we use and will have full access and visibility into everything that is running.
How fast can we get started?
Once we mutually agree that we’re a fit and sign paperwork, we can be live in less than three weeks. The majority of our brands go live within two weeks.
